Advice on Tank Size, Equipment and Installation
We provide advice for consumers on which products to buy, tank size calculations, Sustainability Code credit assessments, installation instructions for contractors and the more adventurous home owners, plus rapid phone and email support. We do not provide an installation service but can in many cases identify for you a specialist in your area; note that the contractor working on other groundwork and plumbing aspects of your building, whether new build or retro-fit, will find rainwater harvesting equipment quite straight forward to install.
The Rain Director®
We are also the company which has introduced the revolutionary new Rain Director®. You need to ensure mains water runs to your appliances if the rainwater runs out but you need to avoid shortcomings in some other mains backup products on the market. The Rain Director® has a roof space header tank, electronic control unit which activates mains water and rainwater valves and suitable 220v pump. This means you get:
